Adam is the Executive Chef for Aventine and Blossom Hill BBQ & Burgers. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Adam developed a love of food while cooking with his mother, where he would go on to study Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu Pittsburgh.
Megan is the Director of Baking and Pastry for Honeymoon Bakery, Aventine, and Blossom Hill BBQ & Burgers. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Food Industry Marketing and Administration. While attending UGA, Megan studied viticulture and enology in Cortona, Italy.
Thomas got his start at Sweet Auburn BBQ in Atlanta under Chef Cam Floyd. There Thomas grew his knowledge and passion for craft barbecue. He also traveled around the South working with other pitmasters around the country. "Barbecue is my first passion," Thomas says.
